Do I need a gym?
You need access to a pull-up bar and rings for most paths. A standard CrossFit affiliate has everything. Some progressions can be done with a wall or floor space only.
How is this different from YouTube?
YouTube gives you content. SkillsRX gives you a programme that adapts to you. Every session is generated based on your current level and how the last one felt โ not an algorithm guessing what to show next.
How long are the sessions?
